We want every homeowner who reaches Sovietto Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Sovietto Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@sovietto.world and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
